Really nasty shadow on the wall. The shadow on the wall could be alleviated by hitting the wall with a light. I'd crop a bit more off the top and right side, putting you closer to 1:30.
Other than the glare spots, the exposure and color balance are good. It also looks like it would work better with a longer lens from further back. As I said, self portraits are tough.
